Join us for a FUN PRE-HOLIDAY WORKOUT with Amy & Syd on Christmas Eve morning!  Becoming a tradition at Diva Den and a popular one at that!

Before we eat those yummy meals, come on in and burn some calories with a great 90 min. workout with these to amazing instructors! A combination of strength and cardio dance will keep you moving and having fun.  Equipment included.  Just bring yourselves, a water bottle and let's have some fun!
