This class is open to ALL fitness abilities
If you have a mat, bring it- we also have some mats available.

 

This class emphasizes one of the key principles of Pilates- the flow of energy. Connect core exercises and breathing into fluid movement for a whole body workout. Experience a sense of wellbeing as you strengthen and lengthen muscles big and small, create a strong core and deepen the connection between mind and body.

 

The trial class is FREE to spread the word to friends and come check it out with us!
