INTERMEDIATE BACHATA PROJECT at SGD

Seeking dancers to join us for an exciting, short term Bachata project coached by Adrian & Julia! Expand your knowledge and increase your technical skills through a challenging and fun show choreography to be performed locally.

​

Dancers selected for this project will be Intermediate level or higher. Dancers will be chosen based on technical skills as well as ability to catch on quickly.  Previous team or show experience a plus!

The project will focus on 4-5 local performances for this session.
No partners needed, we will partner dancers together.

Project will run Mid September - Mid December
Shows in late November and early December (local)
Approx 24-28 rehearsals

AUDITIONS:
Sunday, Sept 14th 1:30-3:15PM - Free

​

Auditions will include a class style setting where you will learn some footwork as well as partner choreography.
It will also include a Q & A session where we go over details & expectations of the team. Team roster will be made within a few days following auditions and practices will start right away.

​

For those dancers selected, required practices will be held:
SUNDAYS 2:00-3:30PM
AND
THURSDAYS 6:15-7:45PM

*Dancers must be at all practices unless previously excused.
There may be a few extra rehearsals scheduled closer to show time and will be discussed with the team.

​

Cost of the team will be based on the amount of dancers on the team. Normally $200/ Month per dancer.
Costume fee and shoes will be also be required.

​

Alternate opportunities will also be available for those interested.
