Mark your calendar for a day packed with workshops leading up to the sensational concert – it's an event you won't want to miss!

 

11AM- 3PM BACHATA WORKSHOPS 

Whether you are a brand new dancer or have been dancing Bachata for a long time, there will be several workshops to choose from. No partner needed as we rotate in the workshops.  Come meet new people and have a BLAST!  Instructors, detailed workshop info, levels and finalized times will be posted soon!

8PM DOORS OPEN FOR CONCERT

Plan to dance the night away with ESME in concert and later that night continued Bachata dancing with Portland's very own DJ Tumbao and other guest DJs to be announced.

THE VENUE

Hosted at Shawn Gardner Dancing in downtown Tigard just 15 min. south of Portland.  Featuring 17,000 SF, 3 large ballrooms and an outdoor area.  Concert will be held in our main ballroom featuring beautiful lighting, sprung hardwood floors, balcony and more.  We will have a full bar this evening as well as light food options. ABOUT THE ARTIST

ESME is a bachata singer-songwriter, music producer and entrepreneur, He is known for his edgy lyrics and ability to captivate audiences around the world. At age 8, ESME immigrated to The United States from the Dominican Republic. These multicultural atmospheres have helped ESME create his own and unique sound. ESME is a multi-talented artist who knows the value of hard work, he has taken every opportunity and the time to learn about the music industry. Which has shaped him into an independent artist, who has booked over 200 concerts around the world in the last 3 years; this has built him a strong Fan base with over 70 million streams across all DSP’s. In 2021, ESME founded his own record label, Los Elegidos Music Group. The goal behind creating his own record label is to help develop and shape the new generation of bachata artists known as Sangre Nueva/New Blood. Esme’s New album and first release under his one label is called Game Over (Bachata’s Most Wanted) it was self-written and produced; something only a few artist have accomplished.
