A Holiday Celebration of Dancing amidst a winter wonderland...You are invited to come and share a gala evening with friends, old and new as the music plays all night!

Singles, come out and mingle, or bring that special someone for a night to remember.

Ladies, here is your night to show off that beautiful gown or your fancy cocktail dress. Gentlemen, black tie formal or cocktail attire, here is your chance to show the ladies you can be a “Sharp Dressed Man”

5 Guys Named Moe 8:30-11:30PM
Always a amazing and fun show, you will be dancing all night to the high energy songs we all love. Dancing in the Main Ballroom is to the LIVE BAND which typically is free form, West Coast Swing and more.

CHAMPIONS BALLROOM:
A Room for partner dancing!
A fun variety playlist for partner dancing including Ballroom & Social dances such as: Waltz, Foxtrot, West Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Hustle and more.

Grand Ballroom Photo Booth
Have your photo taken or take a selfie at the winter wonderland photo booth we will have set up.
No Host Bar
We will have a bar serving a special list of cocktails and a nice selection of wines, Microbrews and also Champagne!
Light food options available.

The Venue
Shawn Gardner Dancing is a beautiful 3 Ballroom, 17000 SF facility in Tigard. The ballroom features state of the art lighting and sound system and a beautiful sprung hardwood floors.
​

Free Parking
In addition to the main parking lot and street parking, we have a very large extra parking lot just down the street on the South end of Commercial street with a Free Shuttle running back and forth all night.

Seating is first come first serve, OR:
-Reserved seating available for $30 additional per person. Available as an add-on Ticket Tomato.

By request, we are offering some OPTIONAL Reserved Table Options for Winter Ball and are offering some clarity to those options below:

Everyone will need a General Admission ticket:
$16 Pre-sale till the day of event at 5PM
$25 at the door

Reserved Balcony VIP seating:
$30 (additional per person) Includes 1 DRINK TICKET!
The balcony is a very comfortable space with a great view of the band and event away from the crowd. Only VIP holders have access. The balcony is LIMITED to 30 people.
​
​
Reserved Main Floor Table (seats 8 people)
$100 add on. (Approx. $12.50/ additional per person). A great way to have a reserved table for your group. Tables will have RESERVED SIGNS for that party. One person will be responsible for purchasing the table and getting reimbursed from friends.
These tables are LIMITED.

NOT INTERESTED in Reserved seating?
No problem! SGD is a a very spacious venue that offers lots of comfortable seating options to rest your feet between dancing. If you are looking for a place to sit all night, reserved seating is great, otherwise most people mingle around and utilize the 'community style' seating feel!
